Dynamo for Marketing

Agents for Marketing.

Your team builds agents that write the weekly report, route new leads, check every campaign before it sends, and follow up after every webinar. They run in your cloud, and a person signs the report, the send, and any enterprise lead.

Agents in Action

What Marketing runs on Dynamo. Pick an agent, then click any node to see what it does.

An agent pulls HubSpot and Slack into the weekly report and flags any number that looks off.

What it costs today

Three jobs that still run on people and spreadsheets.

The weekly report

Built by hand from five tabs every Sunday night

Pipeline from Salesforce, campaigns from HubSpot, traffic from Analytics, spend from the ad platforms, pasted into a Sheet and a slide. 33 percent of marketing leaders call proving return their hardest job, and the share of CMOs who hit their return targets fell from 56 percent to 43 percent in a year.

Lead routing and first response

Leads wait for hours, and a seventh of them are junk

14 percent of demo form submissions are spam, personal emails, or unqualified. The rest wait for a routing rule that may not cover the new value. 81 percent of companies that take an hour or more to respond say they lose leads, against 47 percent of those under fifteen minutes.

Campaign checks and event follow-up

A second pair of eyes if there is time, and one replay email to everyone

30 percent of companies skip tagged links on more than 30 percent of their campaigns, so the report cannot group them. After a webinar, half the attendees watched on demand, and the hand-off to sales is a spreadsheet and one replay email to all of them.

Build your marketing agents on Dynamo

The platform underneath every agent on this page. Connect the systems once, describe the process in plain English, test it on last quarter, and run it in your cloud with a person signing the report, the send, and any enterprise lead.

Each system is connected with a scoped credential, and every marketing agent inherits the connections. Security reviews the platform once instead of each vendor's agent separately.

Research · Whitepaper

Cost per correct answer on enterprise tasks

Accuracy alone doesn't tell a finance team which model to run. This paper measures what a correct answer costs, per task, across the models in our benchmarks.

Questions marketing teams ask.

Can an agent send an email or change a record in HubSpot?

Only where you say so. An agent gets the HubSpot and Salesforce permissions of the person who started it, and nothing more. In the campaign check, the agent marks the send checked and the marketer sends. In lead routing, an enterprise or named account waits for a person before any outreach. In webinar follow-up, the agent drafts and the rep sends; no agent emails a prospect in a rep's name. The approval points are part of the agent's definition, not a setting someone can forget.

Where does the number in the report come from?

Every run records what the agent read, from which system, what it decided, what it wrote, and what it cost. Every number in the weekly report carries its source line, so when the CFO asks, the answer is the run record rather than a Slack thread. Traces go to the observability stack IT already runs, over OpenTelemetry.

HubSpot and Salesforce already have AI agents. What's different?

Those agents see one system each. The weekly report runs across Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, the ad platforms, the webinar platform, and Slack. Dynamo connects each once, under scoped credentials, and every marketing agent inherits the connections. Security reviews the platform once instead of each vendor's agent separately.

How do we know the routing is right before it touches live leads?

You test it on last quarter's form fills. Regression suites run on every change against your own submissions, so you see how many were routed to the right owner, how many junk fills were caught, and how many enterprise accounts were held before anything runs in production. A change to a routing rule is a diff RevOps can read, promoted through dev, staging, and production with a check at each gate.

What does it cost per lead?

Cost is tracked per agent, per run, and per team, with budget alerts, next to the pipeline it produced. Each task runs on the model our benchmarks rank best for it: a routing decision runs on a small model for cents, and the report runs on a stronger one. Our cost-per-correct-answer paper shows what a correct answer costs per task and per model, and when a cheaper model catches up you move without rebuilding the agent.
